How to confirm the formwork support height

High formwork support system refers to a formwork support system with a concrete component formwork support height of more than 8m, a erection span of more than 18m, a total construction load of more than 15kn/ ㎡, or a concentrated line load of more than 20kn/m at the construction site of the construction project. The construction of high formwork shall strictly follow the safety technical specifications and special scheme, closely organize and implement the responsibilities to ensure the safety of the construction process.




The construction unit shall, in accordance with the current relevant national standards and specifications, organize relevant professional technicians by the technical director of the project to prepare a special construction scheme for the high formwork support system in combination with the actual situation of the project. The special construction scheme shall include the following contents:




1. Preparation description and basis: relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, standards, specifications and drawings, construction organization design, etc.




2. Project Overview: the characteristics of tall formwork project, construction plane and elevation layout, construction requirements and technical assurance conditions, and specifically clarify the formwork area, formwork elevation, height, beam section size, span, slab thickness and supporting foundation within the formwork range.




3. Construction plan: construction schedule, material and equipment plan, etc.




4. Construction technology: foundation treatment, main erection methods, process requirements, mechanical property indicators of materials, structural settings, inspection and acceptance requirements of high formwork support system.




5. Construction safety assurance measures: formwork support system erection and management organization in concrete pouring area, construction technical measures, safety technical measures for formwork installation and removal, construction emergency rescue plan, monitoring measures for formwork support system displacement during formwork support system erection, reinforcement installation, concrete pouring and tamping and before and after concrete final setting.




6. Labor plan: including the allocation of full-time safety production management personnel and special operation personnel.




7. Calculation sheet and relevant drawings: the checking items and calculation contents include the main structural strength and section characteristics of the formwork and formwork support system, as well as the design values and load combinations of various loads, the strength and stiffness calculation of the beam and slab formwork support system, the stability calculation of the upright under the beam and slab, the bearing capacity checking calculation of the upright foundation, the bearing capacity checking calculation of the supporting layer of the support system, the bearing capacity checking calculation of the supporting layer under the transfer layer, etc. For each calculation, the calculation sketch and sectional structure detail drawing shall be listed, and the material size, specification and vertical and horizontal support spacing shall be indicated.
